Original booking cancelled due to back order part, asked to be rebooked only when part in stock. Rebooked months later then cancelled the day before for the same reason. Transport preparations made on both occasions by myself. Extremely disappointed.

Not too pleased that i have to return for a 2nd day as the parking sensors aren't kept in stock. Dealer was told of the fault, knows the colour of the car but has to order the part in. I get the reasons but it passes the inconvenience to the customer

The people in the centre are very polite and great to deal with. Unfortunately my vehicle has been back there four times with the same fault and they have still not fixed it. The last time they had it for week. I feel they need to get new mechanics

Very annoyed I was not advised of ghastly cheap deodorant in air conditioning service. Car smells like disinfectant used in public lavatories and is not going away despite blasting it repeatedly. You are at serious fault in not advising customers.
