Would be 5star, but yet again the technician disconnected my dashcam (why oh why!?), and didn't reconnect it when returning the car. Dashcams are there for safety and security for the driver in the event of accident or other incident. Unacceptable.

I have confidence in the mechanics carrying out the service. Would have given five stars but video of work unavailable due to software updates on BMW iPads. I was offered a free check and video if I bought the car in at a later date

Work was carried out OK, but communication was poor. £200 quoted by email just to diagnose an engine management light. Had to chase up diagnosis progress by phone twice before eventually getting a quote to replace a sensor.

All round great service. I was met at the door, handed my keys over, was shown to a seating area, had a great cup of coffee. Car was returned to me in 30 minutes

Safety recal for driver airbag. The airbag unit is a different colour to the rest on my car. And my driver door (inside) panel was damaged at some point (cloth has been pulled away) probably during cleaning.

I raised specific concerns about the drivetrain error on my BMW. I advised that it was intermittent and asked for it to be investigated. The fault is still showing on the computer diagnostic and was not dealt with. I am extremely disappointed.

Not necessarily Centre problem but overall communication between Vertu, roadside assistance and service centre was not co-ordinated. Service Centre itself dealt with all issues very well but not having access to replacement caused me some anxiety.
